Patience and Focus

The patience is mine. The focus is hers. For ages I've been wondering why the wee one can't seem to focus on anything. Am I not doing enough with her? Does she have ADHD? Am I just too old and grumpy and impatient?  Well yes to the last one I think.
The wee one is basically an  only child. Which means I focus only on her and there are no siblings to distract me.
But she is growing and maturing.  This sewing kit was a birthday present.  She was keen to do it. She was determined and focused.  And she is pleased with her bunny purse!

So her focus is reminding me to be patient.
